“GO for 8″ Program

I am currently in the process of filming all the exercises for GO Personal Trainings’ new “GO for 8″ Program.  This program is a do-it-yourself program for you to follow along and get great results from your time spent in the gym.  The basic concept is to do these 8 moves every day, and follow the advancement of the program to improve your performance.  Check back for the video clips of each and every exercise and the details of the program!  Get excited, and spread the word about “GO for 8!”

NEW BOOT CAMP AT THE BEACH!

UPDATE:  Due to increasing temperatures @ 5:30pm and interference with the free concerts that happen Wednesday nights @ the pier (it is starting to get too busy)….we are closing this boot camp until a different schedule/location is established.  Thanks for your interest, check back later for an update!

Group Training is great success so far!

We are well underway with this 6 week session of group training and have had incredible feedback from all our clients!  Everyone has learned the proper exercise techniques from the trainers and are enjoying significant improvements towards their goals.  To all you women in training:  Keep it up, you’re doing great!
