Home Workout Series

We’ve had some requests for workouts that can be done at home or while traveling that don’t require any equipment.  So to meet those demands, I’ve started a series to fill that need.

 

The basic concept for workouts without equipment is just using your body weight as resistance.  So any activities or exercises that you’ve ever done in the gym that use your body weight, that’s what you’ll do in the living room!

 

Watch the videos below to get some ideas of how you can put together some exercises at home or on the road, give them a try, and let a trainer here know if you have any questions or you need us to check your form!
