Monday & Wednesday:  5:30 – 6:30 PM with B. Rahe

Monday & Wednesday: 6:30 – 7:30 PM with B. Rahe

Monday & Wednesday:  8:30 – 9:30 AM with Megan

Tuesday & Thursday:  6:00 – 7:00 AM with Megan

Tuesday & Thursday:  5:30 – 6:30 PM with Megan

Saturday  9:00 – 10:00 AM  with Megan  ($10 cash/person/class.  This class is NOT included in the $59 fee)

PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES START MONDAY!  Last chance to sign-up for the groups.  Check the SCHEDULE and sign up today!

Also, hosted at Pinnacle Fighters MMA Studio, Brandon Rahe is hosting Circuit Training classes on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 and from 6:30-7:30pm.  Only 10 people per class.  This is an amazing workout.  See the FLYER HERE!

Exercise of the Week #1

Hello fitness fans!  Here is a video to the Exercise of the Week:  A Brazilian Crunch using the BOSU.  Trainer Stan Crawford shows you how to perform this exercise.  Give it a try during your next workout!  Shoot for  sets of 20 reps if you can.
