“GO for It” 90 Day Exercise Program is Ready!

Ready for your 90 Day Transformation to begin?  Then start it up!  Check out THIS VIDEO to get a glimpse of the near future.  But mainly, check out the “GO For It”-90 Days Page on this website and follow all the instructions there.  You’ll print out your calendar and your strength training workouts, and you’ll be referring to the “Exercise Videos” for detailed instructions on all the strength training moves.

Don’t be scared to push yourself on this program, it is supposed to be tough, and that’s what is going to get you the results you’re after, so don’t be easy on yourself!

St. Augustine Personal Trainers at Bike Expo September 12th & 13th

The St. Augustine Cycling Festival is here in town September 12th and 13th, and the Bike Expo will be held at the Ampitheatre throughout the weekend.  GO Personal Training will be hosting a booth at the expo giving fitness demonstrations, offering free body fat testing, and hosting some fun little contests for prizes.  Come check us out and have fun on the Watermelon Ride.  Good luck to all the racers/riders!

Classes start MONDAY!!!

PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES START MONDAY!  Last chance to sign-up for the groups.  Check the SCHEDULE and sign up today!

Also, hosted at Pinnacle Fighters MMA Studio, Brandon Rahe is hosting Circuit Training classes on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 and from 6:30-7:30pm.  Only 10 people per class.  This is an amazing workout.  See the FLYER HERE!
